We’re leveraging our expertise in AI in the Life Sciences Industry, to help our clients make data-driven decisions with confidence. Our
Business Consulting team is growing, and we are looking for a
working student who is curious and eager to grow with us. As a
Working Student you will turn complex research and data into clear, high-quality client materials that support strategic decisions, while helping the Business Consulting team document projects through case studies and presentations.
Where you’ll make an impact
Real Client Projects
- Work alongside senior consultants on client engagements, contributing to deliverables that clients act on
- Translate complex research and data into clear, high-quality client materials: pitch decks, proposals, strategic reports, and presentations that meet ADC’s standards
- Conduct research to answer business questions, support ongoing client work, and help build the evidence base behind our recommendations
- Contribute to problem-solving sessions, bringing your own perspective from your studies or previous experience. Your ideas carry weight here
An Equal Part of the Team
- Be part of the team. You’ll be a full member of the Business Consulting team, participating in team meetings, development sessions, social events, and strategic planning
- Take ownership of team-level OKRs and contribute to how the BC team grows and improves
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document project work and compile case studies for internal use and website publication

For This Role, That Means
- Currently enrolled in an academic degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, management, or a related discipline.
- A solid foundation in PowerPoint and slide design, with interest in data visualisation.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools or research methods.
- Clear Communication skills. The ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences, whether technical or non-technical.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change. You enjoy complex new projects and are motivated by learning.
- A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar
- Part-time availability (2/3 days a week) from June or August onwards with flexibility for your study needs
- Experience in consulting or business strategy through extracurricular activities such as case competitions or internships.
- Fluency in English
